  Hard to find away from main area. Very quiet big self contained rooms. Showing its age however was comfortable.
  Tocumwal everything shuts early in town eat at the pub or Cafe shuts about 7pm.

  We had a group this past weekend 15th September 2019 of 19 people who unfortunately stayed in this motel. In my opinion this motel is disgusting, I wouldn’t even put my dog there for a night. Dirty soiled linen in the cupboards, mouldy towels, holes in the walls, terrible service from a motel owner who did not care and just shrugged his shoulders. The lack of hygiene, maintenance and care is evident. This place should be condemned not open for business. Do yourself a favour and keep driving past fast! Would give lower than one star if I could.

  Nestled in a quiet residential area, Tocumwal All Seasons is a nice & quiet little motel.
  I was travelling alone, so just booked a double room. It contained a split system air conditioner, 32" TV, double bed, couch, table & chairs (x2), a kitchen with fridge / freezer,  microwave, kettle, toaster, oven with a grill, hotplates, & range hood, tea, coffee & milk, as well as ample plates & cutlery. There is also a large 2 door closet with extra blankets, an ironing board & iron, heaps of coat hangers, & a full length mirror on the inside door. The room itself was comfortable & clean, & the bathroom while small, was more than adequate.
  My room had an adjoining door to the next room, & I think it would be ideal for parents travelling with kids, or those in groups.
  Michael, who checked me in was easy going & friendly. There is also a large outdoor undercover BBQ area, & a pool.
  I wouldn't hesitate to book in here next time I'm travelling through.

  Four gliding pilots recently stayed at the All Seasons. The rooms have fully sized fridges, split air conditioners and are well equipped including cooking facilities in each room, a central BBQ and a pool to boot. Graham did a fantastic job in looking after us. We will back!

  Our group of 8 golfers were made very welcome by Graeme and Pam. Quiet location and near to Golf Club which has a courtesy bus. Great golf course nearby. Rooms met our requirements and the hosts went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. We will be back. Thanks.
